Math Study Guides
Do you need additional review for your math courses?
UND offers free, self‐guided reviews in Blackboard. These are non‐credit offering and will not appear on a UND transcript. The reviews include notes, equation examples, and videos, which cover all the topics through pre‐calculus.
Math study guides help students with:
- quadratic equations
- equations and inequalities (and systems of them)
- polynomial and rational functions
- exponential and logarithmic functions
- (inverse) trigonometric functions
Why consider a self‐directed study guide?
- you were one or two points away from placing into the next course
- you would like a thorough review prior to taking the math placement exam
- you have had your course before, but it’s been a while since taking the course
Math Reviews Available
- Intermediate Algebra Study Guide (Math 98)
- Pre-calculus Study Guide (Math 107)
