A Century of Theatre

In 1972 a newly created Department of Theatre Arts became a part of UND.

The journey to become a full-fledged department took nearly seventy years with a path leading through at least two different academic departments and three different colleges. For more than one hundred years, UND Theatre Arts has produced hundreds of performances.
