Band Camp
Mark your calendars for the 2026 Pride Band Camp on August 16-27, with move-in beginning on August 14.
Move-In Schedule
All Pride of the North drum majors, section leaders, color guard, and percussion members will move in on Friday, August 16. Leadership, Color Guard, and Percussion Camps will begin on Saturday, August 17.
Pride of the North wind and brass members will move in on Saturday, August 16. The first full band activities will begin on Sunday, August 18, in the afternoon.
Early Housing
Students living in UND Housing will need to apply for early housing through UND Housing. Students will incur a daily non-refundable room and meal plan charge of $47.23. This rate includes two meals in the Wilkerson Dining Center per day. Please see the Move-In section above for details about when you should plan to get settled.
What to Bring
Be prepared! It's a long week, and the weather is unpredictable. Make sure you're ready for any circumstance--hot weather, cold weather, and rainy weather too! Here is a list of several items that you will want to bring.
- REQUIRED: Comfortable shoes such as tennis shoes. No boots, flip flops, or sandals.
- REQUIRED: Water bottle
- Bug spray
- Sunscreen
- Valve oil, reeds, lyres, etc.
- Students should bring their own lyre. The band uses the Beam music app and will provide students with the phone attachment for their lyre.
- For performances, we will be wearing the new Style Plus RPM Marching Shoes. They can be purchased at the Band Shoppe. If you already have black marching shoes, you can wear those. If you are in the Color Guard, you do not have to purchase marching shoes.
