With the goal of enhancing the superiority and effectiveness of the U.S. Army in extreme cold weather environments, the UND ARCTEK Lab brings together multiple North Dakota-based resources and collaborations to help create the Defense Resiliency Platform against Extreme Cold Weather. This cold-weather research effort is in collaboration with Virginia Tech, Stonybrook University, the University of Minnesota, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Cold Regions Research and Engineering Lab (CRREL). |
