Featuring the artwork of students from high schools throughout the region.
The Department of Art & Design's Area High School Art Exhibition is an annual juried exhibition that showcases the artwork of students from high schools throughout the region.
2025 Exhibition
This year’s juror was Kelsey Clifford, a UND alumnus and small-business owner.
Clifford remarked, “I was really impressed by the quality and volume of pieces submitted this year. The variety of different mediums that were presented to me while judging the show was very refreshing. It's heartwarming to see so many students put so much time and effort into art.”
The Area High School Exhibition is on view at the Colonel Eugene E. Myers Art Gallery in the Hughes Fine Arts Center on the UND Campus from January 13 through January 23, 2025. It is free and open to the public.
There will be a Closing Reception on January 23, 2025, at Hughes Fine Arts Center from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
The exhibition was coordinated by Vitoria Faccin-Herman, Assistant Professor of Art & Design; and was made possible through the generous funding provided by the Myers Foundations.
