Prospective Students
UND’s Pre-Health Program has produced successful graduates for over 25 years.
Academic Advisement
No matter which pre-health program you choose, you will have access to a health sciences advisor. The health sciences advisor curates an up-to-date curriculum for each pre-health program based off of individual requirements for professional schools across the United States to prepare students to apply to any health professional school in the country. Furthermore, the health sciences advisors, in conjunction with the student's major advisor, work to create customized timelines for the completion of these academic prerequisites as well as non-academic experiences.
Information Sessions
UND's pre-health program includes informational sessions to ensure students are focused on the necessary topics at the appropriate time. There are meetings specific to first-year students designed to orient new students to the expectations of the pre-health program, what professional schools look for in an applicant, and class registration/advisement. In addition, we offer informational sessions on all facets of health professional school admissions, including:
- Standardized test preparation
- Application procedures
- Successful interviewing techniques
