UND 1stG Information

UND 1stG links first-generation college students — those whose parents do not have four-year college degrees — with faculty, administrators and staff who were themselves first-generation college students.

Being among the first in your family to attend a four-year college brings with it a special set of needs and challenges. UND 1stG faculty understand those challenges, and can help first-generation students build the relationships that are central to a positive and successful college experience.
