Parking Options
There are four parking options for visitors to Chandler Hall. They are identified in Blue in the map above.
If you are coming to enjoy a performance watch for the Parking staff (usually with flashing lights) to be directed to the best parking. Signs will also be posted to help direct you. Lots #2, #3 & #4 are used for our theatre patrons--YOU!
If you are coming to visit our department and learn more about our facilities and programs lot #1 is your best bet, since you'll probably arrive during business hours.
Visitor Parking Lot (1), located on the corner of Centennial Drive and Campus Road. This lot is a pay parking lot with "24/7" hours. Fees are posted on entrance (example 1/2 day $3.50 or full day $7.00). Payment is handled through a parking kiosk at the north end of the lot. This is the lot to park in if you intend to visit Enrollment Services or Admissions (green building 25 above). If this is your plan you should be able to obtain a parking pass from Enrollment Services. If you're not scheduling a tour try one of the parking metered spots to the west and north of Gamble and also in the Twamley lot.

From I29 (N or S) From Highway 2 (in town)
- Take exit 140/Demers Ave.
- Turn (E) onto Demers Ave.
- Then left (N)on to 42nd Street.
- Get into Right Lane.
- Turn right (E) onto University
- Follow Univ (E) until you come to Centennial Drive.
- Turn R (S) onto University Drive, follow.
- At Stop Sign, Follow Straight, around the central camps.
- Past Twamly Hall, Take Left onto Davis Drive.
- If E of 42nd Street, head W on Hwy 2
- If W of 42nd Street, Head E on Hwy 2
- Turn S onto 42nd Street.
- Turn left (E) onto University
- Follow Univ (E) until you come to Centennial Drive.
- Turn R (S) onto University Drive, follow.
- At Stop Sign, Follow Straight, around the central camps.
- Past Twamly Hall, Take Left onto Davis Drive.
In Town From Airport (and Hwy 2 W)
Campus is located on the NW side of town, bordered by 42nd Street on the W and Columbia Road on the E. University Drive biscets the campus.
Washington, Columbia and 42nd Street all meet University Drive. If on 42 adn University, turn Right (E). If on Washington or Columbia, turn Left (W).
- Follow Univ until you come to Centennial Drive.
-Turn R (S) onto University Drive, follow.
- At Stop Sign, Follow Straight, around the central camps.
-Past Twamly Hall, Take Left onto Davis Drive. - Exit Airport.
- Turn left on US 2 and go 4.2 miles to I-29 South.
- Go 0.7 miles to Demers Avenue/Exit 140.
- Turn (E) onto Demers Ave.
- Then left (N)on to 42nd Street.
- Get into Right Lane.
- Turn right (E) onto University
- Follow Univ (E) until you come to Centennial Drive.
- Turn R (S) onto University Drive, follow.
- At Stop Sign, Follow Straight, around the central camps.
- Past Twamly Hall, Take Left onto Davis Drive.
