B.A. or B.S. with Major in Interdisciplinary Studies
Required 125 credits, 36 of which must be numbered 300 or above, and 60 of which must be from a 4-year institution including:
I. Essential Studies requirements
II. A minimum of 36 credits, including:
- HUM 283 Integrated Source Analysis (3)
- HUM 408 Writing Across the Disciplines (3) OR IDS 495 Service and Citizenship (3)
The remainder of the 36 credits will be chosen from appropriate specified disciplines, including 12 or more hours from one discipline.
Note: All majors must submit a plan of study for approval by the Director of IDS. Normally that plan may be composed and submitted while the student is enrolled in IDS 280.
