Dean Search for the College of Arts & Sciences

The University of North Dakota seeks a dynamic and visionary leader who will build upon the College’s strengths while exploring new and innovative opportunities. The successful applicant will foster exceptional undergraduate and graduate educational experiences; recruit and develop outstanding faculty; build partnerships with a variety of constituents; enhance the academic and cultural experience at UND and for the state; engage in fundraising and alumni relations; and promote faculty-driven scholarly and creative endeavors

The Dean will be a committed team player who is devoted to excellence and shared governance. The selected individual will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and administrators.
