Minor Requirements
New requirements as of Fall 2011
Required 24 credits:
- Pass English 110 and 120 College Composition I & II (or English 110 and 125 College Composition I and Technical & Business Writing) with a grade of B or better
- 6 credits in Level A (Comm 102 and 103 with a grade of C or better)
- 3 credits in Level B in each category of community, information and technology (9 credits total)
- 3 credits in Level C in each category of community, information and technology (9 credits total)
- Meet with the Communication Program Academic Advisor for a degree audit.
Internship or practicum courses will not count toward the minor.
Minors must fulfill the admissions requirements of the Communication Program. They must also earn a grade of C or better in all courses taken in the Program and must maintain an overall GPA of 2.50.
